Caesars Sues Mass. Gaming Head Over Conflicts Of Interest

Law360, Los Angeles (December 12, 2013, 5:03 PM EST) -- Caesars Massachusetts Management Co. LLC is accusing the state's top gaming regulator of having conflicts of interest that forced it to pull out of a $1 billion casino-resort project in East Boston, according to a suit filed Wednesday in Massachusetts federal court.
