GAO Nixes Suspended Shipping Co.'s Navy Contract Protest

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 7:06 PM EST) -- The Government Accountability Office on Thursday dismissed Inchcape Shipping Services' protest of a U.S.Navy maritime husbanding support contract for ships visiting ports in three regions within the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean, finding ISS had no standing for its protest.
