BMW Can't Escape Class Action Over Cracked Wheels

Law360, Chicago (December 13, 2013, 6:41 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday refused to toss a proposed class action accusing BMW of North America LLC of selling a sports car with crack-prone alloy wheels, finding that the plaintiff’s warranty claims held up under scrutiny.
