Mass. Gaming Investigators OK Wynn Resorts' Casino Bid

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 3:43 PM EST) -- Investigators with the Massachusetts Gaming Commission on Monday recommended that a unit of Wynn Resorts Ltd. get the green light to operate a $1 billion casino in Everett, provided that Wynn clarify to the commission that its Macau casino operations meet the criteria for "responsible business practices."
