Lifetime Loses Bid To Escape TCPA Class Action

Law360, New York (December 18, 2013, 4:54 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss a proposed class action alleging Lifetime Entertainment Services LLC placed automated telephone calls advertising its "Project Runway" television program to thousands of recipients, finding that the television network’s motion was premature.
