Lieff Cabraser Won't Rep 3 Sisters Sledge In Ringtone Suit

Law360, San Francisco (December 19, 2013, 7:54 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday allowed Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP and others to stop representing three members of R&B group Sister Sledge in their ringtone licensing breach-of-contract class action against Warner Music Group Corp. after the firms said the singers stopped cooperating with the case.
