Calif. Appeals Court Kicks CBS Fantasy Football Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2013, 10:10 PM EST) -- CBS Interactive Inc. sacked a fantasy football player's appeal of a dismissed putative class action alleging CBS broke a state law requiring it to disclose information about third-party vendors, when the California Court of Appeal ruled Thursday that the plaintiff lacked standing.
