Ex-Army Doc, Sgt. Admit To $8M Med. Supply Contract Scheme

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2014, 3:15 PM EST) -- A former military doctor and a retired U.S. Army sergeant both pled guilty Thursday in Texas federal court to their roles in a bribery scheme that netted $8 million in falsely obtained contracts for medical equipment and personnel, according to court records.
