Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 7:15 PM EST) -- A last-second Minnesota Supreme Court challenge Friday has halted a planned $468 million bond sale to fund a nearly $1 billion multipurpose Minneapolis stadium project for the National Football League’s Minnesota Vikings, state authorities said Sunday.
