Bombardier Says Dallas Firm Cost It $1M In Repair Suit

Law360, Dallas (January 14, 2014, 8:23 PM EST) -- Bombardier Aerospace Corp. on Friday launched a suit in Texas state court alleging lawyers at Giuliano McDonnell & Perrone LLP flubbed a potential breach of contract suit by waiting too long to file, costing the company more than $1 million in damages.

Bombardier manages a fleet of 83 aircraft, for which it sells fractional ownership interests while handling any and all repairs to the planes and providing suitable replacements when the planes are out of service. It claims the company that handled some of its service...
