Minn. Justices Mull Jurisdiction On $468M Vikings Bond Sale

Law360, Washington (January 15, 2014, 3:34 PM EST) -- The Minnesota Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to immediately toss a challenge to the planned $468 million bond sale that will help fund the nearly $1 billion stadium project for the National Football League's Minnesota Vikings, asking both sides of the spat to weigh in on the court's jurisdiction.
