Comcast JV To Erect $1.2B Philly Tower With Four Seasons

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 6:38 PM EST) -- Media conglomerate Comcast Corp. revealed plans Wednesday to construct through a joint venture a new, 59-story, $1.2 billion office tower in downtown Philadelphia, which the company says will be the tallest building in the U.S. outside of New York and Chicago.

Comcast has again partnered with Liberty Property Trust to build the 1,121-foot “Comcast Innovation and Technology Center,” which will be located on the 1800 block of Arch Street in Center City, Philadelphia, neighboring the company's current global headquarters in the Comcast Center building.
