Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 7:00 PM EST) -- Harrah's Casino on Friday couldn't shake a decision that a dealer involved in a traffic accident while exiting its driveway is owed workers' compensation benefits, failing to convince a New Jersey appeals court that her injuries didn't occur on its premises.
