Apple Says Aussie Co. Not Harmed By Alleged E-Book Plot

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 12:50 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Friday urged a New York federal judge to toss a complaint from an Australian software developer claiming it was harmed by an e-book price-fixing scheme, arguing that the company cannot show that its financial woes came as the result of any conspiracy.
