Comdata, Truck Stops To Pay $130M To Exit Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 21, 2014, 7:37 PM EST) -- Comdata Corp. and a group of national truck stop chains will pay $130 million to settle a putative class action brought by independently owned truck stops alleging the chains conspired with Comdata to drive out smaller competition, the plaintiffs and Comdata announced Tuesday.
