Minn. Justices Toss Vikings Stadium Suit, Allow Bond Sale

Law360, Los Angeles (January 21, 2014, 8:14 PM EST) -- The Minnesota Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition challenging the planned $468 million bond sale that will help fund a nearly $1 billion stadium project for the National Football League's Minnesota Vikings, saying the district courts have jurisdiction over such matters.
