Ex-Chiefs Seek To Keep Concussion Suit Out Of NFL Litigation

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 6:39 PM EST) -- Former members of the Kansas City Chiefs contended Tuesday that their concussion lawsuit against the team should be kept separate from multidistrict litigation against the NFL, saying it centers on a Missouri workers' compensation law not at issue in the NFL suits.
