Google's Gmail Goes Down, Class Actions Could Follow

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 9:03 PM EST) -- Google Inc. services including Gmail went down for about an hour Friday, affecting millions of users worldwide and opening the door for potential class actions and other litigation by individuals and businesses that might claim they lost income and revenue opportunities, sources say.
