No Credit For Halfhearted FCA Cooperation, Enforcers Say

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 7:50 PM EST) -- Defendants won't get any credit for halfhearted cooperation in False Claims Act investigations, fraud enforcers from the New York State Attorney General's Office and U.S. Department of Justice said Monday, adding that compliance must be robust and disclosures to the government should be full and honest.
