MGM Fights Towns' Bid Toward Mitigation Of $800M Casino

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 6:03 PM EST) -- MGM Resorts International on Tuesday asked the Massachusetts Gaming Commission to deny several towns petitioning to force MGM to negotiate mitigation deals, arguing the towns wrongly exaggerated alleged traffic and environmental impacts tied to a proposed $800 million casino.
