Mohegan Sun JV Clashes With Mass. Town Over Attys' Fees

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 1:14 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts town on Wednesday argued to the state's gaming commission that a Mohegan Sun-led joint venture has wrongly refused to negotiate a surrounding community deal for a casino project and that the company should pay some of its attorneys' fees.
