Navy Lifts Suspension On Shipping Co. After Court Defeat

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 7:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. Navy has lifted its suspension on Inchcape Shipping Services Holdings Ltd., a Dubai-based contractor that had protested the Navy's attempt to change course after discovering bribery in its overseas port services contracts, settling on an administrative agreement after a judge criticized the strength of the government's evidence.
