AmREIT Sued Over Crumbling Houston Shopping Plaza

Law360, Houston (February 3, 2014, 7:40 PM EST) -- Fry’s Electronics Inc. and a real estate investment company launched a pair of suits in Texas courts Friday, claiming breach of contract and alleging AmREIT Inc. failed to repair shoddy renovations to a Houston shopping plaza before selling it off.
