Suit Claims Amtrak Commission Deal Is Anti-Competitive

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 7:17 PM EST) -- A travel package tour operator claims Amtrak and a booking agency violated antitrust laws by paying a rival company a commission on ticket sales while cutting others out of the market, according to a suit filed in Illinois federal court Wednesday.
