Law360, Los Angeles (February 5, 2014, 8:07 PM EST) -- A Ninth Circuit panel ruled Wednesday that the way media outlets choose to deliver their news is an action that furthers their free speech rights, partially dismissing disability rights advocates’ claims against CNN over closed-captioning for online video clips.
