Langone Challenges Spitzer's NYSE Lawsuit

Law360, New York (January 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The legal bout between regulators and former management at the New York Stock Exchange Inc. is heating up after lawyers for former director Kenneth G. Langone asked a federal judge to dismiss New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's $18 million lawsuit.
