2nd Circ. Says NJ Law Applies To $5M Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:01 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Monday dealt a blow to Continental Casualty Co., ruling New Jersey law governs an insurance contract triggered by a $5 million construction accident lawsuit, even though the accident took place at Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s New York headquarters.
