Apple Defends Expert Testimony In E-Books Damages Saga

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 1:16 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Tuesday fought back against efforts from state prosecutors and class action plaintiffs to strike testimony from its expert witness that is meant to trim the amount of damages owed in the wake of a New York federal judge's ruling that Apple conspired with publishers to fix e-book prices.
