Google Must Face AdSense Contract Suit In Calif.

Law360, Los Angeles (February 13, 2014, 8:26 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday refused to toss a lawsuit brought against Google Inc. by software company SMS Telecom LLC over the search giant’s allegedly improper termination of SMS's AdSense contract, instead transferring the case to the Northern District of California.
