7th Circ. Won't Let Atty Escape $14M Class Action Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2014, 8:20 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Friday that a lawyer representing landowners in class action suit over telecommunication companies' installation of fiber-optic cable on the landowners' property was bound by the terms of a $14 million settlement even though he didn't sign a final written agreement.
