Verizon Keeps FiOS Bundling Suit In Federal Court

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 2:08 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday refused to remand to state court a proposed class action alleging Verizon Communications Inc. reneged on promises it made customers who bought bundled FiOS phone, television and Internet service, finding the claims affect customers outside the state.
