Mohegan Sun Faces Landowner's Suit Over Failed Casino

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 2:49 PM EST) -- A real estate company that owns land on which Mohegan Sun intended to build a $1 billion Massachusetts casino plans to file a lawsuit in state court on Friday alleging the casino giant wrongly broke an exclusivity agreement in its contract, a source told Law360.
