Sacramento Arena Foes Lose Bid For Tax Subsidy Vote

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 1:39 PM EST) -- A California court on Wednesday tossed a suit seeking a ballot vote on tax subsidies Sacramento promised for a $447 million basketball arena project, agreeing with the city that petitions collected for the vote were invalid and that the proposed measure would violate the city charter.
