Law360, Miami (March 19, 2014, 8:50 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday ordered the deposition of Donald Trump's development corporation's general counsel, in order to determine what sanctions might be appropriate for the developer's failure to disclose a directors and officers insurance policy in a dispute with a putative class of condominium-hotel unit buyers.
