5th Circ. Partially Revives Texas Transit Rail Contract Row

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2014, 4:09 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday partially revived a contract dispute between MetroplexCore LLC, a Texas environmental engineering firm, and Parsons Transportation Group Inc., an Illinois general contracting firm, holding that MetroplexCore could seek damages from Parsons for excluding MetroplexCore’s role in a passenger-rail project.
