High Court To Hear Amazon Workers' FLSA Case

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 12:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a staffing company's challenge to a ruling reviving a putative Fair Labor Standards Act collective action brought by former workers at Amazon.com Inc. warehouses, teeing up the question of whether time employees spend in security screenings is compensable.
