Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 9:10 PM EST) -- A union-backed group launched a New Jersey ethics complaint Monday against the embattled chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for allegedly using his position to benefit clients of his law firm, Wolff & Samson PC, in real estate transactions and other projects.
