NY Racetrack Powerhouse Town Says No To Future Casinos

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 6:36 PM EST) -- Lawmakers for the city of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., which is home to two of the country's most well-known racetracks, on Tuesday passed a resolution telling the state that it opposes having an incoming resort casino placed within its boundaries.
