Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 1:54 PM EST) -- Without any discussion or rationale, the U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari in the case Tamer Salameh et al. v. Tarsadia Hotel et al.,[1] perhaps signaling finality to the issue of whether interests in condominium hotels, combined with the opportunity for rental income, are governed by federal securities laws.
