Law360, San Francisco (March 10, 2014, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A class of Hertz Corp. managers urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to revive their bid for class certification in their overtime-pay suit against Hertz, arguing that the lower court was wrong to find that the employees' roles were not similar enough to litigate as a class.
