Minn. Supreme Court Nixes Tribal Casino Deal

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota Supreme Court judge on Wednesday tossed a suit that Duluth, Minn., had lodged against a Native-American tribe over allegedly breaking a casino deal with the city by asking to put hotel land into trust, saying the court lacks jurisdiction.
