Bally's Casino Dealers Win Class Cert. In OT Wage Suit

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge certified a class of card table dealers from Bally’s Casino and Hotel on Tuesday, allowing them to move forward on their allegations that the Atlantic City, N.J., casino violated state wage laws when it failed to compensate dealers for required preshift meetings.
