Port Authority DQs Contender For $3.6B LaGuardia Project

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 8:02 PM EDT) -- One of the four teams on the shortlist competing for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $3.6 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport’s aging central terminal said Wednesday that it has been disqualified from final bidding.
