Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge trimmed a toxic tort suit against Lockheed Martin Corp. over contamination that allegedly slashed nearby homeowners' property values and affected their children's health, ruling Tuesday that the plaintiffs' expert opinion was deeply flawed and used a methodology chosen “out of thin air.”
