Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2014, 6:32 PM EDT) -- Indirect digital music purchasers who sued Sony BMG Music Entertainment, UMG Recordings Inc. and other top music distribution services for allegedly colluding to impose high prices and unfavorable terms on them urged a New York federal court on Wednesday to grant class certification in the case.
