VA Can't Use SBA To Cure Incomplete Bid, Claims Court Says

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 8:53 PM EDT) -- Government agencies cannot go through the Small Business Administration to fix incomplete bid proposals submitted by a company, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled in an opinion unsealed Wednesday, nixing Marathon Medical’s award to provide surgical packs to five U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs clinics.
