NY Giants, Eli Manning Want Fake Memorabilia Suit Tossed

Law360, Los Angeles (March 20, 2014, 8:43 PM EDT) -- The New York Giants asked a New Jersey federal judge Thursday to toss a "vicious and irresponsible" lawsuit accusing the football team of covering up the fraudulent distribution of fake collectibles, arguing that the suit distorts the public record in a related criminal case.
