Magic Mountain Hit With Class Action Over OT, Unpaid Wages

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 3:13 PM EDT) -- The operator of Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park in California was hit with a putative class action Thursday in state court alleging the park forced employees to regularly work off the clock and failed to pay all wages earned.
