Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2014, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused to nix a $300 million trademark suit originally brought by Bath & Body Works Brand Management Inc. looking to give itself the right to sell products with “Twilight” in the name, siding with Summit Entertainment, which produced the blockbuster movie series.
