NFL Seeks Handoff Of Calif. Player-Concussion Suit To MDL

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Former National Football League star Mike Webster's estate and several other former players agreed Friday to stay their concussion suit in California federal court while the NFL attempts to transfer the case to multidistrict litigation in Pennsylvania, where a $760 million settlement is under consideration.
